DELIVERY Goods Damaged Upon Delivery

At the time of delivery of Products, You are responsible for immediately verifying that the packaging is intact and has not been altered in any way whatsoever. Should the packaging be damaged, you shall be responsible for immediately reporting it to the carrier in charge of delivery by expressly reserving Your rights upon delivery of the Products and for informing the Shoe Embassy Customer Service within 3 days.
In the absence of such express reserve, delivery shall be considered as accepted and no dispute on the packaging shall be validly brought afterwards.
