Once you register with us, you can update or add a different delivery address at any time logging on to your account.
You have to make sure all billing and dispatch information is correct, before you place an order at our website.
However, we understand that sometimes errors may incur, when excitement takes over. If you have not received a dispatch confirmation, you can e-mail us at email@example.com as soon as possible and let the advisor know your order number and the new shipping address. If your order has not as yet been processes we can try to change delivery address. Please note that a change of the shipping address is only possible when the carrier has not picked up your order from our warehouse already.
