Shoe Embassy ensures that the highest standards are continuously met in the manufacture of all our products. Every product is subject to quality control. However, should your product show any manufacturing defect within 90 days of purchase, please contact our Customer Service immediately at email@example.com.
Please note that all warranty cases are considered at the Head Office, therefore only claims made via e-mail will be accepted. In the case of a recognised manufacturing defect, Shoe Embassy undertakes either to repair it, or to replace the defective product, providing we have available stocks, or to partially or fully refund the purchase price to you – depending on the nature of the defect.
Once your e-mail has been received, you will be contacted within 7 working days and best solution will be offered via e-mail. When e-mailing, we ask that you indicate the nature of the alleged defect, along with supporting evidence: photographs, purchase date and location of where purchased, method and amount paid.
Shoe Embassy reserves the right to refuse to follow up on a late claim, or a claim relating to a defect for which the customer is responsible, or which derives from the nature of the product.
- Any items deemed to subject to fair wear and tear will not be accepted as faulty. Product failures caused by excessive or abusive wear conditions do not qualify for an exchange or refund.
- Exchanges are only possible if the item is available.
- We will not be able to accept shoes for repair, exchange or refund if they have already been repaired or altered elsewhere.
