We would like to ensure your complete satisfaction with the items you have bought from this website.

Our extended Christmas gift returns policy is valid from 1st November 2018 until 31st January 2019. This applies to items purchased within these dates only, otherwise our standard returns policy applies.

If for any reason you wish to return your unworn footwear, you can do so within the dates specified in the relevant return policy that applies to you for a full or partial refund.

We will accept items not worn, used or damaged and returned in their original condition. It is very important that items to be refunded are returned to us in a saleable condition. They must be unworn and still in the original packaging with any labels, swing-tags, etc. still attached.

  • For us to process your request it is essential that you e-mail us at returns@shoeembassy.com with return request.
  • When you receive return e-mail confirmation, please thoroughly fill in the Returns Form enclose with your purchase. No refunds can be accepted without the returns section completed clearly and correctly.
  • Please replace the items in the original packaging and attach the address label provided at the bottom of the enclosed form.
  • Goods are returned at your own expense. We recommend that you obtain a proof of posting as we cannot be held liable for any goods lost in transit to us. Please retain the proof of posting until the refund has been processed.
  • Once your goods have been accepted your refund will be processed within 10 working days.
  • The refunds can only be processed to a card you originally used for a payment.
  • Customers outside of the UK are responsible for all costs associated with any returns.
  • Items purchased via our website can only be returned to us by post. Returns cannot be processed at any of our store locations.


Unless we have sent you incorrect or faulty goods the cost of postage and packaging cannot be refunded to you.

STANDARD RETURNS POLICY

Our normal 14-day return policy applies to any full-price purchase(s).

It is important that items to be refunded are returned to us in a resalable condition. We will accept items not worn, used or damaged and returned in their original condition and packaging with the original receipt.

Refunds are processed via the original payment method.
